We just got the "page views" for our house listing on realtor.com:

week1: 1081
week2: 847
week3: 743

Any opinions on if this is good or not?

We are in PA, if it matters. Not a hugely hot market as far as I can tell. We had 19 showings in 2 weeks though, which is many more than we were expecting!

19 showings no offers? What kind of area is it? I can't comment on the views but if I had that many showings I'd try to get feedback from viewers

We had 19 showings in 2 weeks...

Any opinions on if this is good or not?
Of those 2671 online views... 90% were the idle curious, neighbors, friends of the seller and agents.
Of the remaining 267 at least half had poor search filters and will never do more than look.

Of this second half (133) views probably 3/4's were duplicate views from the same party
like the prospective buyer, their agent, their family, friends, etc. looking multiple times.
So... those nearly 3000 winnow down to about 33 "maybe's".

The question is how well your agent "qualified the prospect" before showing the house.
Maybe half of them; probably less. Call it 10 (of the 19).

Of these... how many are in a realistic position to buy anytime soon?
Probably no more than 5 if you're lucky.

Most of those views are search engine crawlers.

I had a realtor.com sales rep tell me straight faced that one of my listings had over 100K views! A fairly high percentage of my web traffic is search engine bots.

Right.
Realtor.com is selling "impressions" from any source as listing views.

And "reads" vs. "impressions" is key.
It is like thinking that my CD posts have been "read" over 20 million times. Not. Those are how many times the page with those posts has been open on a machine.

In our area, the local MLS site is the place where people go. Anything else is secondary. And, yes, the decline in traffic is normal as your house gradually loses its status as a new listing.

To my mind, it's the showings that are more important and how much your agent is networking among potential customers.

Over on the "home interior design and decorating" forum, at least ten of us recently admitted we like to look at houses on-line just for the heck of it.

I'd say views are meaningless. Showings are what counts.

Don't put any stock into that figure. Lots are automatic crawlers, lots are nosy people, etc. I don't even send my sellers those reports because I don't want to create false excitement.

The showings you're getting is how you need to judge how your property is doing. And it sounds like you're priced right.

Ignore the hits and focus on why none of the 19 showings have yet to result in an offer.

How much of your original competition has gone under contract since you listed?
How much new competition has listed since you did.

Regardless of market conditions, every seller has the choice to get sold or sell the competition.
Your agent should be in the best position to give you relevant guidance.
