They still haven't admitted there's a bubble in the Sarasota, FL market... I guess there still thinking all the excess inventory will be "absorbed" quickly.

We know these are planned years in advance. As Jim said, its very ironic that the "NAR" conference is in one of the worst bubble markets in the US....
