LOL, I thought exactly the same thing....

I'd love to be a fly on the wall and see how the NAR bigwigs spin the condition of RE today....

They still haven't admitted there's a bubble in the Sarasota, FL market... I guess there still thinking all the excess inventory will be "absorbed" quickly.

The NAR doesn't spin market conditions?? OK...

We know these are planned years in advance. As Jim said, its very ironic that the "NAR" conference is in one of the worst bubble markets in the US....
