Call or email your local credit union, bank or broker and ask for a GFE. For a condo you have to put 25% down to get the best rate.

Why 25%? Is that a particular lender insisting on 25% down payment? Is it for a particular borrower?

As a fisherman, I can tell you that some days knowing how to fish isn't good enough to put a fish on the table. On those days, I would appreciate a free fish.
