So it happened! Spent a sleepless night; went for the walkthrough with the home inspector. We gave it a pretty fine going over, found a little something to fix; went to the title company offices; shook hands; signed a bunch of papers; got a little credit for the new stuff; handed over our treasure; got the keys. Done. No fuss, no drama.
Thank you all, most of you said we had first-time buyer jitters and methinks you were right. You were certainly right in saying that we were treading on thin ice if we made too much fuss about their 'fraud'; we got the same advice from the attorney.
