I have two high-end grand pianos and furniture placement and available floorspace would be a consideration for me if I were looking for another house. Therefore, I understand the OP's situation.

I'm dead center in DFW which is even larger than 60 miles. Being a native, I specialize in people moving here (relocation) who want to see homes over a wide area and can effectively cover with knowledge about 3/4 of our Metro area. The other 1/4 is probably areas you would not want to live anyway.

There are very experienced senior agents like me in large cities.

I would want you to commit to me and I would commit my time, expertise and expense to you.

I understand about furniture issues.......I have those as well.... along with fine china issues. Houses that I'm looking at must have a butler's pantry leading to a dining room that can accommodate a table for 14.

In my market that translates to properties close to the $1 million mark and over.

Could it be OP, that the space you require isn't within your house budget??

Default Exclusive buyer's agency & large furniture

I am finding the houses...they come up regularly at the rate of 1-5 per week but they are in many towns over a 60 mile radius. They are at my price point.

So far, I haven't found the right house and I have found several agents that have turned out to be very part time.

I appreciate everyone's thoughts. Thanks!
