Yes. The Lender can be a jerk and take a while. Unless you hit them between the eyes with an email that copies NMLS, your local and state Attorney General, and a TV news outlet. They will grow fatigued and give up the fight for easier prey.

i'm still researching. appraisal report belongs to the client who is lender who requested for the appraisal not the home buyer.
I could be wrong? idk...

Yes, an appraisal done for mortgage lending purposes belongs to the lender who ordered it. Even though you paid for it, it is not yours. Appraisals belong to the client. The client in your case is the original lender.
