The lookers are pouring in we dont have to sell, and we just thought that that offer of 180k on a 279k price was an insult?they just may be un-educated in realistate who knows, since i started this subject this morning we have people coming today, and some from ohio,we are on our way to arizona...thanks everyone for imput..
