Values haven't caught up - but this is Oregon, where we don't quite get the peaks the rest of the country does and we come out of the lows later.

According to the not-particularly-accurate Zillow, this house should should have been worth about $300,000 at the peak and is presently worth $248,000 (although the appraiser says $275,000).
