Finally, house sold, we moved in time for the kids to start school. The nightmare is over. Sadly had to drop the price $80,000 and walk away with nothing. I guess what they say is right, your house will sell at the price it is worth....
That said, I am thrilled to be out, done with the stress, and the damn realtor!
