ERA question
I saw that ERA offers to buy your home if not sold in 6 months.I understand it is 10% of appraised value. Is this true? Also at that point do you still pay a commission?

I'm an ERA agent and what you've stated is correct.
The seller security program is a good, straightforward program. I could try and answer your questions, but it's probably better for you to speak to a local ERA agent. If you don't know one, I'll be glad to recommend one. Best of luck.
