From the list i have I'm thinking to choose my listing agent who's name pops up the most and making sure selling agents know about new listing.
How can I find:
Listing Agent
Agency
Selling Agent
Agency
Orig list $
Sell $
Sellers concessions if possible
Thanks much
Suggestions appreciated

I'd call the local multiple listing service, give them a list of the addresses you have researched, and ask them who the listing and buying agent was. Don't call on Monday -- that's their busiest day. You MIGHT get the other information (sales price, etc.), but if I were you, I'd get names first, then interview those whose names pop up the most, asking for the comps with the financial information as part of their interview process.
First, though, check and see if your MLS has a public interface - some do. Different MLS's vary as to how much information they make available to the public.
