I need some help with tax trust property , I'm new at this so any help is appreciated in advance , Been thinking of buying some land from tax trust property , in Texas . last time i had my eye on a piece of land for about 2 years i finally saved up enough to go pay for it i decided to do a title search , well the title company gave the info to i guess who ever does the search for them , 2 days later i get info back which was all wrong and the property was bought by someone , This was a struck off property , coincidence , i don't know , but needless to say i never wanted to do business with that company again , now i am having a hard time finding a title company who would do a title search on a tax trust property , i know i probably cannot get title insurance on it that's why they don't want to do it , i am willing to pay for it , also should i even do a title search cause the county says i should do my own research , I am interested in raw land only ,
Q2: how do i find land in forecloser everything i find has a house , i am looking for ranch & farm land 100 to 200 acres or more out in the middle of nowhere .
I know a company that i non-profit that may can help for small fee an/or donation email me or im me because i made a mistake last time for posting and got in trouble
