It can't be. In CA the state mandates an ape inspection before any house sale. Nearly every house in CA is loaded with apes. The damage they cause is unbelievable. Most people tent to get rid of them. We had subterranean apes and had to inject poison gas in the soil. Cost us a small fortune.

If you have apes, you must have something in your house that attracts them. Get rid of all the hanging vines, ropes, and banana trees and your problem should be solved.
