Hi
This mobile home was actually constructed (not purchased as ready, but built from scratch) in 2005-06. Combined monetary investment value - $10-11000 (materials, labor, etc). I have to sell it fast (within 2 weeks). What would be an appropriate resale value for it, even approximately?
the house is 2 bedroom, located within mobile home park, lot rent is $650/month, has designated parking sport near it, washing machine, Moonachie, NJ.
Thanks

Okay, the truth is that I think you are facing a losing battle. I'm not familiar with your market but I suspect you may be facing a 3-6 month endurance contest because I suspect you are trying to sell a white elephant.
Mobile homes are the bottom of the sales market, and they soak up only the dregs of what is left. In this market -- any market -- I'll be surprised if you sell it in 2 weeks let alone 2 months or maybe even a year.
