Ok, I haven't read all the responses but just had to post to see what else folks have to say.

Honestly, I think my blood pressure went up viewing those photos - I feel stressed, LOL! Over the fireplace, what I thought was a mirror with the image of a ghost baby, was in fact a photo ( I think?). How creepy! Wonder if his name is chucky?

The house looks like it was decorated by a 100 yr old person on a triple dose of speed whose only sustenance is coffee and sugar.

How are builders/General Contractors making any money building 2800 sq ft homes that sell for $120k?

I could spend hours on this site. These homes are regular people's homes in Phoenix? They look like houses from the Detroit hoods or Hurricane Katrina victims.

I had a listing like this once. Every room was totally kitsch.

It sold for over asking with multiple offers in 24 hours ... in a SLOW market.

It was interesting. And unique. It wasn't my taste - but obviously, it intrigued quite a few people!

Judging from the other houses on the same street, it's a poorly built contractor spec house that won't age well. In this particular house the ceiling is too low and has that awful popcorn effect you generally only see in low grade houses.

The owners made a classic mistake of buying a cheap spec house and then putting too much money on upgrades and interior finishes, money they will not get back from the sale of the house. The Bird's Eye map shows this house without the additional "turret" so the owners must have added that as well. But they have also made a nest for themselves and I'm sure they were very happy in there.

I briefly wondered if this house was the original builder's model, which could explain the closed in garage (lots of builder models have closed in garages which are used as office space during the construction of the development), as well as the extravagant outdoor spaces. But none of the other houses on the same street seem to be the same model, even when you strip away the fake gingerbread.
