LOL . . . nice house and wall colors . . . over the top with all the clutter as it can be distracting but it looks clean and organized, this one would bring me in for a look iif I were shopping for a home in this area..

New sheetrock might be easier!

I'm sitting here wondering how long it will take to pack all that up and what if they leave any of those "treasures" behind?

Speaking as a decades long retired real estate broker, this home shows someone that loves their home. Some want to see it decluttered, and others see it is attractive.

It will appeal to certain buyers, and others it will turn them off. This same thing happens in a home that is staged as so many think should be done. A lot of people feel the minimal look is a turn off, and others turn off for a cluttered home.

This home is very attractive, and when you look at it you see a home much loved by the owners. That alone will make at least half the lookers feel at home in it, and it will sell.

This is very apparent from the posts on this thread. You have both sides of this argument making their points. It will sell and that is what everything is all about.

HOLY CR*P, Batman!

It looks like the antique store near me. Extremely crowded.

Plus, what kind of a an OCD couple must they be, to put in the time it takes to keep all that stuff, indoors and out, as spotless as it looks!

Definitely need to budget $10k for spackle and repainting.

Aaaaaghh! Now I see the scary baby!!

This place is freakin' me the heck out.

If i did not know it was a realty listing, I would have thought I was looking at pictures of a consignment shop.

Scary giant baby face picture over fireplace reminds me of the sun baby head thing from the teletubbies.

I'd hire that realtor. They got a random stranger (I assume) to share the listing on the internet.

If I took that listing I would leave it just like it is.

It is an absolute gem for a segment of the population.

Cleaning it out to the point where it would have general appeal would be virtually undoable.

Can't fix it feature it.

Some ,mature southern lady will hit it and..."My gawd...that is just adorable. I can't imagine that there is a better house anywhere....I gotta have it".

Likely end up over list.
