Which one? We have several although one did just get paid off. And what about yours? I don't see that you're starting off with numbers.

I haven't looked in awhile ...maybe $12,000 left or less.
$220 a month....bec someone gave me $100,000 to pay it off ...
but said I could do anything I wanted, no strings....so I used some for some 'stuff'...a new
garden hose was first, credit cards pd off...turned up heat I noticed that first day!
Funny...(I am very into God and I believe and receive...took 2 years tho of knowing
I would NEVER be stuck with a 30 yr mtg, never.) And Voila!
Back a couple years mtg was $996.

I ask it all the time, since I will potentially be in the market some day I want to know what people are paying. If someone is overly sensitive to this stuff then I just don't associate with them. The whole point of any non romantic association is to learn from each other. IF someone is aloof about any real discussion then what do you talk about, the color of their babys poop or other such trivial matters?

A friend whose house burned to complete ashes in the CO Black Forest fire
got enuff from ins to build a modest new house and pay off the old mortgage.
He was older, biz not too good...funny how that fire was a blessing in disguise.
No mortgage is a wonderful thing, indeed.
