I read the first paragraph of the Tampa Metro report and was immediately turned off. Quite frankly, in Tampa Bay, income has not kept pace with the housing prices and I expect further reductions and increased inventory. I agree we need to see the remaining two months of the year.
I just received the December BOA report and it was straightforward which is what I would prefer to see published by NAR.
I think Columbia, SC is fairly accurate but I've seen several spins.
