Why some people should never FSBO (RE agent, negotiating, contract, buying a house)

I can't believe that anyone wouldn't want the house because of the people pictures. I liked it. Thinking I should have done that, at least with the dog.
These people seem really REALLY annoying to me, I don't like the decor (honestly, a basketball hoop on the wall??) and there is no way I would view that house if I had to interact with them. I just get the sense they would be far to forceful/inserting of their personalities throughout the showing.
I'd still view this house only if it were prime location/house for what I was looking for, and if they were not present for the viewing.
I'm sorry, but the biggest investment of your life and you make a joke out of it? That's your choice, but it's also dumb.
Marketing is all about attracting attention and standing out from the competition. I'd say these guys have done a pretty good job of it. You can't please all the people all the time but you can get everyone's attention. Five C-D forum pages and counting...ain't too shabby.
My not so smart phone wanted to download the Trulia app, which was not happening. That made the pics very awkward to view. But I found myself not caring what a pain it was to view the photos, I wanted to see all of them.
Yep. Looks good, but I would never include the dog. Some people won't go see it due to a dog, so you might limit the showings a tiny bit. Home looks in great shape and very stylish.
I like this listing. Pictures are much better than 90% of listings in my area (also in FL).
I am wondering what was the purpose of pictures with people in it.
Would this property be posted here if it were not for the people pictures?
The owners made it memorable.
No amount of clever marketing can overcome a bad price.
I wonder how the asking compares to recent closed sales in this area.

Its a house for God's sake, not a spouse. Anything that can be done with appropriate humor is a win IMO. Life's too short to be stuffy and boring.
