The continuous stream of 'In_Correct' generalizations in this and some of your other posts; along with your thread last month: "Why High School is a Waste of Time," ... causes others to believe that you are actually a high school student (or drop-out) with little actual knowledge of how the world works. That's okay. Everyone has to start somewhere. But, to misrepresent yourself as a 26-year old who is ready to buy a house, is contradicted by how you present yourself.
If you really are a 26-year old high school student (or drop-out), recognize that your questions and assumptions are a reflection of "Why High School is NOT a Waste of Time." Rather than resent this response, do yourself a favor. Ask yourself: "Do I really want others to perceive me that way?" -- If you actually are a high-school student/drop-out, then simply and honestly present yourself as such. People will then willingly answer your questions from that perspective.

Agreed - I'm 26 and the OP's posts are just embarrassing. My husband and I are set to close on our first home in eight days. I couldn't make any sense out of the original post, either.
