Hi Forum Friends, here a little introduction about me and what I am looking for.

I long to relocate to Long Island – best restrict to the south area of Suffolk County, villages towns. At same time I am looking for contract jobs or business partner(s) in the construction field – specifically administrative services, project management, supervision, or / and in the sports field – swimming/inline-skating/cycling – particularly product endorsements and image marketing.

Also, housing and relocation help is welcome .

I have been an upscale residential builder for 5 years and managed 7 multi-family projects / investments. Basically, I am a Real Estate and Property Manager and have certification as an IT professional – networking, system integration, as well. Everything related to (re)building, engineering, structuring, connecting, organizing keeps me alive and strong to return benefit to society

I am remarkably honest and to the point, and I work well along with those who are reliable and know the plans and how to work on the plans. We are not perfect, of course, but our goals must be at least profitable and attained efficiently and professionally.

Additionally, I am an athletic built female and experienced professional in the earlier 40’s. I speak and deal with life circumstances in three languages +, and have traveled / lived around the entire globe. Definitely I want a place to call home and possibly build a family life.
