When you get to the point where you're tempted to argue "It's not racist because Mexican isn't a race", that's the point where you should probably just stop.

And did you perhaps miss the half-dozen or so posts from people with Mexican neighbors (and spouses) who experience none of this behavior at all?

Objectively, if true, the behavior you're describing would likely impact property value, is a concern, and puts you in a bad situation. But, speaking only for myself, the biggest problem is the way you take the actions of your neighbors and attribute it to all Mexicans. Bad neighbors come in all varieties.

And the fact that this house has been completely torn up by its current residents (you know who I mean) has nothing to do with it, I suppose.
OK, so it's probably a steal too. There is another option. Purchase that house, fix it up and add to the value of the property you are trying to dump. After-all, It's only these people (as you stated) making your street bad.
The shared driveway with the two homes all fixed up might do a whole lot better as a package.

You keep bringing up "those Mexicans" in such away to think that the remainder of us would agree with you. I have seen white people pee out side. As far as the type of animal would you prefer that it was a pig or maybe a goose?
