I'll be surprised if anyone will say to keep that eyesore.

Remove it! It looks to be in bad shape. Too big for the home and lot. It will turn off potential home buyers....let alone their home owners insurance companies.

Wow, that is REALLY bad looking. I also envisioned a little ramp when I saw the title, but that thing looks like a cattle run at the slaughter house ! It looks like a bad joke.

If I were looking to buy a house that one would not be on my list of possibilities . Tear it down today !!

As far as I know ramps like that do not add actual monetary value to your home and ramps are only important to those who need them.

That looks really bad. I think it probably devalues your house because it's so ugly. I would have ripped it out as soon as I closed on the house.

That was awesome! I hope to see many more cool posts in the future. Did it add value to you when YOU bought it? There is your answer.

Unless "Time to sell" is in the next couple of months, it doesn't look like it's going to make it that long.

It is in very rough shape to even be used, much less add value. Why not salvage the wood and make a nice small deck and entrance stairs to cover those cement steps in front of your home. Power wash, then stain or paint it. That would add value.
This is an eye sore in it's present state, and like anything in disrepair, it makes your house look shoddy.

If you don't use the wood, at least remove it and paint those entrance steps.
Here is a link to some ideas. https://www.google.com/search?q=fron...L6-lrkUKpJA%3D

Don

Maybe they can sell it to someone who wants to run a slaughterhouse.
