Question to sell or not to sell?
ok guys what is your opinion. If you were planning on moving out of state within the next 2 years would you sell your house now or hold on tight and see what happens with the market? Its all such a gamble these days.

Depends on where the house is that you are selling...it may take you 2 yrs to sell it in some areas, while others will sell in a week
