Would births cancel out deaths in a house? My grandmother's childhood home there were 4 deaths and 4 births, including Grandmother's birth. We don't own the house, it went back for taxes long ago, but would that scare anyone off?

If the body and/or body fluids were lying in the house for a long time, or if the person died of something contagious, I'd want the house thoroughly decontaminated. This apparently happened at a house on my street and the decontamination crews have been working on that house. Good idea.

If the person simply died of old age in his/her sleep and the body was removed the next day, I wouldn't have the slightest concern. Death is a natural ending to life.

Basically, as long as the house is not a danger to my health, I'd be perfectly fine with buying it. I'm not afraid of ghosts, or "bad vibes", or something like that if that is what you mean.

I would love a house like that. It has a history and has been lived in.

I wouldn't want a dead body that had a house all around it.

There are billions of people on Earth... BILLIONS. They all have to die somewhere. This would be a complete non-issue for me.

This ^^^. I would not want to live in a house where a murder took place. We have lived in houses built from 1890 to 1935 and I am pretty sure someone died in one or maybe all of them.

When I was a kid, there was a house about 2 miles from where I lived that was a rental. Someone went in and murdered the parents, dicing and slicing them, leaving the 2 children there for 2 days with the bodies. The owners burnt the house down when the investigation was complete. I do not think they ever apprehended the murderer(s). As a kid, I didn't even like living close to that house.

See?

Is your "other" half your right side or your left side?

Or your upper half or your lower half?
