the false balcony! Then you could open the door for air flow and use a ladder for emergencies

Can you do a 203K loan and get a proper deck installed. I hate not doing something right on the front end. Sometimes it takes years to actually get around to something. (say I, as I sit in a half-renovated house we've been in over a year and my guy is a builder working on other people's homes) :/
