#1. I wouldn't want my money going to Realtor #2.

I am old enough that I do care how I spend my money. Just my opinion.

Similarly, imagine that both Realtor #1 and Realtor #2 called you up and said, "Oh, sorry, I'm retiring and can't be your agent." Which one would you be more disappointed to lose?
I haved used this exact method several times and it works! It helps me listen to that gut feeling I have. I suggested this on a post about 6 months ago and was dismissed and rebuffed in a condescending way, but it does work

Realtor #1. I live in your market and the house will go quickly, and probably above list price. These teams are difficult to work with, 5 or 6 names. You call one, leave a voicemail, wait over the weekend to get "oh, you called the wrong person, you wanted so and so," and now you feel like a idiot for not knowing their structure.....When it's really the lack of a personal touch. Most teams are just not efficient. They think they are, but no one is telling them the hassles they've had. I've had appraisers on hold for days due to who's doing what and who is calling back.

#1. No doubt.

#2 has already shown he has no respect nor consideration for you & your wife. He came to your house and started taking pictures without even coming to the door to introduce himself and let you know who he was. And then he was annoyed with you and dismissed you on your own property. He's the kind of guy who will insist you have a lock box even though you expressed to him that your wife sleeps during the day.

Realtor one sounds like she will be better willing to work with you regarding your personal situation. The only thing realtor #2 may have to offer is more advertising. You probably don't need that
