My understanding is that Each time they relist or change the price it shows up as new on Zillow hence top of the listings and they were obviously desperate to sell before it went into foreclosure.
My guess is that maybe Auction.com has a system like Craiglist, where you can "repost" every x hours. And every time they reposted, it showed an entry. Would be interesting to see if other houses on Auction.com show a similar history.
