My FSBO condo listing was almost becoming stale. I was getting annoyed at the prospective buyers. So last week I upped the price 7%...went under contract, with 3% EMD cash, today. It appeared that the different parties were working together, and some were trying to get me down on price without even looking. The rats sure came running after the price increased. Something to consider. Three generations came to seal the deal. All good. BTW, I had the square footage to the one hundredth of a square meter.

I’m not sure I understand the situation. But getting under contract for a good price is good news!

Basically, too many people on the fence. The price increase got them off of it. Many don't know a good deal until it is gone.

Ah, interesting approach! It’s the opposite of what is usually suggested but it obviously worked for you

Four out of nine...done FSBO....no need to "pat yourself" in Thailand. An earthquake, a coup, and millions of Chinese....just another day at the cyber office.
