This home’s seen its fair share of happy endings — but not for the person who was about to buy it.

In Paradise Valley, Ariz., a woman named Linda Fein had just made a $1.8 million offer on a four-bedroom, 4,172-square-foot home spread across a 1.3-acre lot — until she pulled out of the deal after discovering its past in the porn industry.

A mass murder or the home where 19 children held prisoner may stop me from buying a home. That would stop me just for the bad/evil thoughts associated with the home. But a former set for porn? If i were profoundly religious, possibly, but that was not offered as a reason. It sounds like Ms. Fein is more concerned about what other people think. How sad for her - that was a beautiful property.

It would not bother me but I can certainly understand why it would bother others.

I highly doubt the home was so prominently featured that fans will flock to it and take selfies in front of it.

I mean.... they probably won't include it in the bus tour....

Well whatever floats her boat. I’m quite a prude and with a good cleaning and painting I still wouldn’t be the least bit worried.

Sounds like a selling point to me. It's not like you're buying a haunted house.

What's the big deal? You just wipe everything down with a little bit of bleach and you're okay.

Yes, I remember . . . She is squeamish about cooking dinner where the previous lady of the house was "lounging."
When I was in school we didn't call it lounging, more like lungeing.
