How is that even possible? I’ve done a ton of 4’s and even some 3’s. No idea who you’ve been dealing with, but when I’ve gone to an agent with “hey, I need to sell this one, and already know what I want to buy. Will you take a 1/3 split on the sale and the 3 on the buy”

Add in the fact that the photography is done and waiting on a flash drive, property is staged and landscaped and ready to go and I have a realistic view of the market - very rarely have I had an agent not say “sounds good”.

Markets are different. What's relevant to your market has nothing to do with this poster's market(s). Like someone saying that they can't find a 100k house and someone coming on and saying "uhhh....how is that even possible...there are tons of 100k houses for sale near me".

Wrong. Negotiating is negotiating, sales is sales, no matter where you are. I’ve done this in many different markets.

If you had ever purchased or sold a home, you’d know that.
