For the cabaret.

I actually like the house. It needs a bit of decluttering and some new paint in a suitably boring color.

The price seems outrageous for the city it is in. All that crystal and statuary probably has real value and I suppose it could be auctioned off instead of hauling it to the dump. Or maybe rent the house, as is, as a b&b for newlyweds who want a unique honeymoon experience.

Much, if not most, of the price is for the cars and the personal belongings in the house--not the real estate. It's still too expensive.
