If you mean those 3 circle orange dots, I was assuming they represent communications wires (orange is the marking for comm wires) as the pink is the color for unknown buried objects. Since there are three (2 on the left and one on the right) I assumed these was a spit from a single cable or conduit to 2 cables or conduits. That is why I wondered if there was once a surface comm pedestal or even a vault cover that has since been asphalt over.
