If they are, it is probably easily cured by bleach (applied to the tile, of course.)

Looks like stains, it's not mold or mildew.

Looks like a leak somewhere, either under the tile or from a toilet??

Ask the LL about it.

Do you have other options?

Why do you think they are a health issue?

The very last one looks like water coming from within or on the other side of that wall. That's concerning if there is a water leak.... otherwise, with no context as to where these stains are I have no idea if they are a big deal or not. Some might be spills and some might be leaks from elsewhere... Not sure either is a health issue, but it is a maintenance issue if there is a leak. Tell the landlord about any possible leaks! Before you move in.

What all have you done to try to wash that off? Tile doesn't normally stain and most of that looks to me like it would wash right off.

What kind of tile is this? Actually ceramic or some fake stuff.

Does look like stains happening around grout area and wall edge like there's water underneath and leaching up through the grout and spreading...but how does water spread into good old hard tile?

There's something kind of flat looking about the tile like it's not the kind I'm familiar with in, say, Florida.
