Finding Land with.... (RE agent, agent, property, attorney)

Hello,


Are there any good websites that advertise Land only with water hookup and electricity already on the property? Otherwise, using typical websites like Zillow, Landwatch, it's not easy to filter to find my specific needs. Thanks for your help.

A local Realtor® and MLS member could do this search for you. We have these fields available, and I do it all the time.

Working with a local agent who is familiar with land purchases has a lot of advantages for you. Try to call a few and start working with one.

Yes there are. That would be called 'raw land'

And surveyed down to parcels to build on?

That would be called 'developed land' or 'building sites' and most will come with a RE agent.
Once found... have an attorney who does RE work a lot.

A fair amount of land sells without being on any website.
Private deals.

Look for old mobile homes on land. In rural areas, it is not hard to find 2-10 acres with an old trailer.
Water, Septic/Sewer, electric, natural gas in place.
Tear out that 1971 Dream ThunderCoach with the slide-out, and be a neighborhood hero.


Pick a target area and mail out EDDM Postcards, "Land Wanted," with your parameters included.
