I typically don’t click videos unless I have gone in search of them, so it wouldn’t have made any impression on me in the wild.

I clicked on it here so I could respond and made it less than a minute; it’s truly terrible. Who is the target audience exactly? Why not just do a phenomenal virtual tour of the home for prospective buyers?

Not bother. The only thing that interested us as buyers was seeing photos of house, location, and price before going and seeing it.

Entertaining? I don't know. Many of the local realtors here will do a one or two minute highlight video, especially if it's a high end home. Those can be interesting.

I’m not even sure that video was about a specific house. It seemed like more of a HGTV episode about beach houses. I think they mentioned looking at three before I cut it off. It my cup of tea.

I stopped at 46 seconds. I don't have time for all that nonsense. Not everything needs to be turned into a show. House hunting can be intense and buyers time is valuable.

Hard pass.

It doesn't look like a serious video for a property for sale. I don't need to be entertained to buy a house. I just need to like the house, the location, and have the money to do so.

I rarely click on house videos. The ones I have seen are so poorly made that I get nauseous, or the pictures in a slideshow, which I'd rather see on my own. 15 minutes is WAY too long.

I guess a sexy girl, say Jenny Scordamaglia, presenting a house would get guys interested and vice versa.

I tried to watch it but cut it off after viewing the goofy antics in the first beach house. Couldn't do it........it was similar to the theme of House Hunters, however, as they were going to show 3 houses at different areas and price points.

Not following the above post. "Sexy"? Vice Versa? There were only males in this video, and it did not hold my attention at all. Maybe younger, single buyers would be interested, but then they are not the market this video was made for.

It would have to be quick - 1 minute tops - and it has to start with the strongest features first or I won't finish watching it. And I don't want some goofy schtick - all business please.
