Uhhh, no........ I'm only 20, but im fascinated by real estate and this doesn't thrill me at all. Reminds me of that show called CRIBS, rather than an actual house tour

I only made it 46 seconds in. This didn't interest me at all, I want to see the house, not two bros talking to each other and acting lame. Pictures are my go to number one when looking for a house, if they have to include a video short and sweet, and no bros.

sounds like video in real estate will never take off, cuz everyone has 100000 homes lined up to see.
House hunting... not enough time!

Later in the video, they do highlight specific attributes of the homes.
I should have told you guys to skip towards the end, but it looks like most people don't know how to do that.

RIP real estate videos. They have zero purpose. Most people don't even know what a Matterport is either.

If I'm given a choice between reading text/looking at photos vs video (whether it's real estate, news, etc.), I prefer reading over videos.

Eh, I think this was just a bad video. There was no hook that might entice me to keep watching or inspire me to click ahead - yes, hold onto your hat, but I do believe we ALL know how to do that - to see what was coming. As with any media or art form, you need to draw your audience in quickly and this didnít.

Entertaining videos? No, I don't want to be entertained. I also get annoyed by schtick and long videos. When I saw the one in your OP was 15 minutes, I was automatically uninterested.

I like viewing pictures and reading about a property.

yeah, that's exactly when I called it quits. Not interested in watching this if I'm looking to see a house. Personally I prefer photos to videos because I can look at each image for as short or as long as I want. But if I am going to watch a video, it needs to show the house, I'm not there to be "entertained"

I think your misinterpreting the responses. It's not real estate videos people don't like, it's stupid videos. they don't like. As in all business introductions, you have a short period to catch a person's interest and subjecting them to garbage is not the way to do it.

Not sure. If you provide a link to an entertaining video then I will be able to tell you if I would be more likely do you have an example of such entertaining video?

Um, we DO know how to do that. The video you POSTED was so horrible, no one wanted to watch it!

Did you really think it was entertaining?!
