This is not your cookie cutter pro photo/ Matterport / video tour.
Does it make a difference?

If I like the house I’ll look at it. Good photos and accurate video would help. Whether it is funny or not has zero bearing.

That video lost me at six seconds in when they still hadn’t shown any houses. I tried watching a further thirty seconds and still no houses. Nope. They actually lost any potential sale by making me wait for the content I was giving my time to see.

OP, are you kidding? What serious buyer would want to watch that?

It looks like something my 20-year-old students might find amusing, IF they were interested in real estate (which they're not, at that age). I just find it stupid.

Do the two young men come included in the sale of the house? No? Then I'm not interested in seeing them.

Ditto to not watching it because there weren't any houses. I didn't watch much of it.

I hate watching any videos online. I'd rather read about it and see pictures (that goes for everything such as news, not just houses). So the video wouldn't entice me. I didn't even click on it to watch it here.

No, I hate videos. I can read, and look thru photos much faster than sitting thru a video.

I might watch a 60 second video.
15 minutes? Life is too short.

"Not that was awful!"

I made it about 25 seconds. Normally I don't watch videos (for sale items, news, etc.). I only did here to see what you've got. Don't subject anyone else to that.
