You should be getting way more communication than you are getting. You should know when each showing is. If there is a lockbox on the property, you should ask for the report that shows all the agents who have entered. I'm part of the same MLS that Victoria uses (CTXMLS), and they just enacted a FREE showing service for all listings called ShowingTime. You should ask about it.

What happened between ~ July 11 and Aug 5? You had said this agent sent an extension to mid-October, without being clear of it to you. I guess the extension was never signed, until later - like near July 31 (when perhaps your original agreement expired?)

The communication with THIS agent has certainly been lacking what is reasonable to expect. I don't know what kind of appointment/feedback system was used before ShowingTime. But yes, you can be automatically notified of all appointments, and have all feedback released directly to you when the showing agent provides it.

CSS was given free to all MLS members last year, and they just switched it to ShowingTime on Aug 1, so yes, she could have had feedback previous to the switch over... but that still takes an agent who understands and utilizes new technologies being offered.
