I am wondering how much the Title Insurance Premium and Search Fee to Title Company should be in California? We are refinancing a property valued at 530,000 and getting a new loan for 430,000. On the Good Faith Estimate the Title Insurance Premium and Search Fee to the Title Company came out to 1,218.00. Good price?
