Took me a bit, but I think the "marked" house in the satellite view isn't this one. This one is behind it.

I agree with the video game comparison. I wonder if that is intentional to "blur" what it really looks like, or some agent convinced them it was cool.

it's just HDR photography, a very old house, and only 8 pictures.

I don't think it's an old house. It's a recent house with a "theme". Disney castle "old".
