What is the sum of money that is needed? I mean, it will be quite difficult to take a loan from bank, I think, because they usually need mor serious reasons for that and they prefer to get high profit with huge interests. I would recommend you to try some agencies providing loans without any difficult procedures such as utahpaydayloansonline.com because they usually make process more convenient and fast so that you will be able to buy this acreage and get what you want. Contract for sale includes provision that the private loan from the seller will be paid in full in x months. (less than six should work)

Deed is conveyed into your name.

Then you refinance your home, but you will be adjoining the parcels into one. Seller gets paid, you own your acreage with one mortgage.

Interested to know what the price of your home was, and how much you put down at closing.
