How does HOA benefit the Board of directors HOA board members are owners who volunteer (they don't get paid) to make sure that the roof over your head and the grounds are maintained and that the rules that were set up are enforced so that you don't have Jim and Sue's teenage son put their car up on jacks in their driveway or you don't have Bill decide he is angry at his neighbors so he paints his house a gawd awful color. You are aware that the BOD is voted in by you the homeowner. If you don't like it run for the BOD and vote.

I'm going to ask one more time, is prostitution legal where you live?

If it isn't, call the cops.

If it is, check and see if the madame has a business license.

If not, turn her in.

If you have a good investigative reporter in your area you could contact that person who could contact law enforcement and maybe a sting would come about.

Or think about keeping it quiet so you are able to sell your place and get out of there.

Kickbacks. Say you need new carpet. And the carpet cleaning contract is out for bid. And the flooring needs replaced in various areas of the complex. You choose and bully the others to choose the carpet company that charges more, and they gift you new carpet in your house.

Saw it in action.

Hire people with long range lenses to hang out in the parking lot and photograph all the visitors to the hooker's condo. I wouldn't think it would take long for the unwanted business to move out.

Itís not actually a ďbrothelĒ. Itís an in-call location. Guys that prefer to schedule in-calls are very concerned with being discreet & youíre not likely to have any trouble out of them. Acceptable.

I havenít a clue as to what the presidentís issue is. Maybe he needs to schedule an in-call.

Thatís actually a good idea. Even a vending machine.

On the HOA fees or on an in-call?
