All in, $4,410. Across 7 properties.

Just shy of 10%. That does mean my investments have gained theoretical value. The market is still decent at these property price points, and I’m thinking that it’s time to unload and move out of real estate.

Went down over $2,000. Downsized our house and moved to a different (lower levy) school district.

Our old house’s taxes went up about $200.

Ours went up $1,100, with the appraised value going up more than $100,000.

Ours went down by $90 after a successful appraisal protest. Still annoyed that they've gone from $5300 to $7450 in 5 years.
