This is the first realtor that I spoke to, and hired.

The one 3BR was abnormal in price, which affected my first two weeks on market. That home, and the second 3BR, dropped their price shortly after my home was listed.

The 3BR town homes in my subdivision range from $170-$180.

I bought this townhouse for $157. I agree with my realtor that we're not overpriced.

My two concerns are/were that
1: I wasn't getting a single showing
2. I want to get through the entire process by October.

Update: Got the first showing today! It took time but it happened. Hopefully, my realtor and I will receive feedback, or hopefully an offer. I'm considering a price change very soon!
A comparable home that was just listed today is a 2BR for $169,999. It's beautiful, and is 800 square feet larger.
