I don't know about the campground but it sounds like the whole thing is for sale as a campground. You can't buy individual cabins? To have individuals living in the cabins year around it would need to be zoned as something, or the lots divided up and sold seperately with seperate zoning?

I bought a lot on a private drive, small lake, sort of rural, township has lots of ordinances. I have to build at least 900 sq feet of some minimum shape, can't put up any other structure like a pole barn till I do. I'm allowed to camp on the lot 6 months a year. Have to remove the rv the other 6 months. Knew all this when I bought it. Plus the shoreline is designated natural lakefront so I can't do much of anything to it without Dept of Environmental Quality permit. Can't build within 100' of the high water mark (which is marshy so thats ok anyway).
