Well, right now the landlords haver it good in Portland, OR. Rents are skyrocketing. The wages haven't caught up and probably never will. In Vancouver, WA the rents are as bad. 1 bd rm at the reserve is $1,300-$1,900 That's about half my monthly take home with OT.

Just because the rents are high does not mean the landlord profits are high. You actually don't know that any particular landlord has it good.
