Has anyone used any of these services? I'm thinking about trying one but there are so many to choose from and was wondering if anyone had any first hand experience.

thank you!

I used them for the sale of my house in Virginia. $400 for the sale - cool, it was on realtor.com and my buyer loved the 17 pictures I took myself (I took 150 or so and picked the best). It was easy, I just left the house minutes before buyers and agents appeared to show and let them lock up as they left. You can you a lock box too. I stated up front that I would pay 3% to buyers agent, which I think is a good idea in this market. My house is in a very popular area of the city so I was pretty sure it would sell.
