We have a listing here: 2nd floor (no, it's a 3rd floor unit)
That one can raise a problem of misunderstanding even between some English-speaking countries. In Britain the practice is to call the floor at street level the ground floor, then the numbering starts with the first floor above that, i.e. a British first floor is an American second floor, a British second floor is an American third floor, etc. That took my wife by surprise the first time she encountered it on a visit to England. And I know it's sometimes confused American tourists in hotels when they hit the "1" button in the elevator and don't end up in the lobby - That's what the "G" button is for!
I don't understand the capitalization weirdness either and agree it must stop. Next up, let's push back against calling every small house, regardless of architectural style, a Cape Cod.
Or a Craftsman. Especially when there is no porch at all.
My peeve is the random apostrophes. Good gosh, stop using apostrophes when you are talking about plurals.
"Two bedroom's and three bath's". Ugh.

My realtor put the word "premiering" right before the words "powder room" I didn't know whether to laugh or cry as I visualize a red carpet leading up the bathroom
I don't see this too often. Mostly, I see the description written in ALL CAPS or select words in ALL CAPS which makes me nuts. It's mostly because (at least in my case) the MLS doesn't allow for text formatting. So, there's no option for bold or italics or underlining to emphasize a word or phrase. So, people resort to ALL CAPS instead.
