When to move out? (rent, house, purchase, lease)

We bought a house and the owner signed a post-purchase lease addendium. We set the final walk through date (after closing) to this Friday, is that the time they should give us the keys and moved out or should be the day after since they pay us rent till that day? Thanks!

If the lease has a day, say June 6 2008. Rent would be paid through that time and they would need to be out at 11:59pm at the end of the day.

Many times we write a time in our short term leases like 6pm June 6 2008.

If they paid for the day, the day belongs to them.
